Monthly Art Features

[Art can change the world...]

This Wednesday, March 14, 2018 we feature the art of Caroline Watson with her in attendance.

You might have heard us say that we are more than just a hair salon.  Well, that’s true.  We not only make people look great but we like to make people feel great in a variety of ways.  One way is our monthly Art Features which always fall on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

When thinking of the art we wanted to hang on the walls we thought of what a great idea it would be to have a revolving door on the look and feel of the salon and decided to ask some familiar friends in the art community if they were interested in showing at Forecast.  What this has turned into is a monthly open house type of event where clients, friends, family and people about town drop in for some bubbly, browse the art and relax with our staff.

The event has developed a following and we’ve even had live music as part of our January featured artist, Claire Cormany.  Her band HelioHeart played some great 80’s covers for guests and Claire sang lead.

Other guests included some adoptable pets that pop in from a local pet rescue.  What a great idea that these community events bring out people that are doing great things!

Owner Mark Hyde holds a rescue foster puppy that dropped in for one of our Monthly Art Features!

If you can’t make it this week, remember, our monthly Art Features happen every 2nd Wednesday of the month.  Next month on April 11th we are featuring the art of Paul Wilm so don’t miss it!!

Follow us on Facebook /forecastsalon or Instagram @forecastsalon as well to get the latest info on what fun we are having in the salon or a transformation we might have the fortune to be a part of.

We invite you to come by, have a look around, stop by for a Mimosa on a Saturday – experience the difference we deliver.  We are not just a hair salon…we seek to shape a movement.
